Your Order Journey with Airquee
Here’s what you can expect when you place an order with us:


Step 1: Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a full confirmation outlining:
- Product details and costs
- Invoice and payment information
- Delivery address and estimated delivery date
- Our Terms and Conditions
👉 Please check all details carefully. If anything needs correcting, let us know straight away.
To start production, we require a deposit payment. You can pay securely by bank transfer or debit card link.


Step 2: Production Queue
Your order is secured in our production schedule. Please note that during this time, you may not hear from us immediately — but rest assured, your inflatable is moving through our process and your production slot is protected.


Step 3: CAD and Colour Visual Approval (If Required)
If your order includes customisations or bespoke elements, we’ll send you:
- A CAD design visual
- A colour visual
👉 Please review these visuals carefully. If you have changes or questions, reply to the email. Your approval is required before production can continue.
If your order is a standard stock design, this step is usually skipped.


Step 4: Production and Quality Assurance
Our expert teams will carefully build your inflatable, following strict quality control at every stage. Once completed, your product will be professionally photographed — and you’ll receive preview images showing your finished unit.

Step 5: Final Invoice and Dispatch
As your order nears completion, we’ll email you:
- Your final invoice and remaining payment instructionsCollection or dispatch detailsPhotos of your finished productLinks to digital manuals for setup, operation, and care
👉 Your inflatable is almost ready to start creating smiles!

Step 6: Certification and Final Documentation
Before you receive your order, we’ll send you essential compliance documents, including:
- An Initial Safety Test Certificate (valid for one year)
- PIPA Certificates (for PIPA-registered inflatables)
- Any TUV or regional certifications as required
