Sewing and Assembly

Our production floor operates with military precision, using state-of-the-art machinery and finest German thread. Every inflatable is stitched for maximum strength, durability, and flawless finish—trusted by operators worldwide.

Welding and Quality Testing

Airquee’s welding division is recognised as one of the finest in the industry. After extensive global research, we partnered with a German supplier known for world-class engineering. With the best machinery and rigorous testing, we consistently produce inflatables that meet the highest standards of strength and safety.

Stock and Materials Management

Our material stockholding exceeds that of many major European distributors. This allows us to deliver projects at short notice - including a 1-kilometre inflatable slide built in just six weeks. By maintaining at least a three-month reserve of materials at all times, we ensure faster production times and greater flexibility for our clients.

Printing Standards

We take responsibility for every aspect of our production. While some manufacturers compromise on ink safety, Airquee holds itself to the highest standards. We review our printing technologies annually and only use Japanese printing systems and European-certified inks. This protects not just the quality of our products, but the safety of our employees, customers, and end users.
