Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following receipt of payment and order confirmation.

For custom-branded products, bespoke inflatables, or made-to-order items, production lead times will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product dimensions and weight
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by local authorities unless otherwise stated.

Airquee is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Delivery of Large or Commercial Equipment

Some Airquee products are oversized or shipped via pallet or freight services.

For these deliveries:

  • A contact phone number may be required.
  • Delivery appointments may be arranged by the carrier.
  • Customers must ensure suitable access for delivery vehicles.

Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts or restricted-access locations.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Notify Airquee within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photographs of any damage, including packaging.
  3. Retain all packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, our Returns Policy will apply.
