When disaster strikes, speed, efficiency and reliable shelter can make all the difference. Airquee and O&H Concepts BV joined forces to develop an innovative rapid-response self-supporting inflatable shelter system designed to support emergency, medical and humanitarian operations around the world.
The Mobile Solar-Powered Hospital Park (MSPHP) is made up of Self Supporting Inflatable (SSI) Shelters, providing a flexible solution for situations where rapid deployment and immediate access to facilities are essential.
Each individual SSI shelter can be set up in around eight minutes and connected with additional units to create a larger, fully self-sufficient mobile complex. Within approximately three and a half hours, a complete system can be operational, providing immediate shelter and facilities for up to 320 people.
A key feature of the system is its mobile, off-grid solar power technology. Flexible photovoltaic panels provide renewable energy for electrical equipment, allowing the shelters to operate in locations where conventional power sources may be limited or unavailable.

The shelters can be configured as mobile medical hospitals, registration centres, crisis and command centres, rapid-deployment accommodation and humanitarian control centres. Their modular floor plan also allows facilities to be established in a structured and efficient way.
