Senior Management

Mark John, Managing Director.

Mark, with his business partner Phil, created Airquee in 2003.

Mark is always working somewhere - whether at the factory in Romania, working from home, at the Cwmbran office or out and about on the road. Dedicated, motivated and highly committed to Airquee's success, Mark is never found resting on his laurels. A very determined individual, once he has set himself a goal he cannot be deterred by anything!

When not thinking about work (and sometimes still secretly thinking about work) he can be found with family and close friends both in the UK and Romania. He enjoys cooking and loves walking, running and just about any sport.

Adrian Neagu - General Manager

Adrian Neagu, General Manager of Airquee SRL.

Adrian became a part of Airquee in 2007.

Adrian loves the challenges that his work brings him, working closely with Airquee Ltd to continually develop and improve our products. Adrian is a firm believer that high quality employees’ means high quality results and this has led to the growth of a strong successful team in Airquee SRL.

Away from the office Adrian spends a lot of time with his friends and relations.

Phil Hartell

Phil Hartell, Director.

Phil Hartell, often referred to as H in the office, joined Airquee in 2009.

Originally the jack-of-all-trades in the office, H has further developed and honed his marketing skills, tirelessly developing the company website and marketing strategies. His hard work paid off in 2009 when he joined Mark and Phil Maddock on the Board of Airquee Ltd.

In June 2016 Phil became Co-Owner of Airquee along with Mark when Phil Maddock retired from Airquee.

Phil H is now based in our Cwmbran head office!

Production Managers

Mariane Nemeti - Manager

Mariane Nemeti, Manager.

Mariane started working for Airquee in 2010.

Mariane’s job is exactly as it’s titled - and we make sure to keep her busy! All orders go to Mariane but she specializes in looking after the bespoke designs, checking the colours and materials, and any deviations from a standard design. She works with production and design to oversee all the orders we receive. She works very closely with our European and worldwide distributors, as well as trying to keep everyone happy during our busy periods!

Outside of work, Mariane loves to walk and practices yoga, as well as making her own tea infusions.

Erika Jozsa - Manager

Erika Jozsa, Manager.

Erika joined Airquee in 2012.

Erika describes herself as a “perpetual-motion machine” so her job suits her perfectly! She spends her time talking to customers, helping to clarify all the little details for their units. She is often asked to test the units so she can also be found with the products, running, jumping and bouncing as high as she can!

When she is not at Airquee Erika can be found with family and friends, or in the right season, snowboarding. Besides her work she loves dancing, listening to music and reading interesting books.

Sales Team

Ollie Perry - Sales Executive

Ollie Perry, Sales Executive.

Ollie joined the sales team in September 2015.

When you press option 1 on the sales line, he will be there to help with your enquiry.

With a history of sales work behind him in the packaging industry, the thrill of working in the inflatable industry was much more exciting than selling boxes!

When he is not working at Airquee he can be found walking his dogs in the Herefordshire countryside and generally living the quiet life.

Wayne Barry - Sales Executive

Wayne Barry, Sales Executive.

Wayne has been with Airquee since March 2015. He has been selling professionally for over 30 years and is now an established part of our experienced Sales team. Ask him any question about Inflatables and he will sort you out !

Wayne loves selling the Airquee range to Hirers and our many Leisure Industry clients. He also speaks fluent French  ‘Sacre Bleu!’ useful for our French speaking customers. Away from office, Wayne enjoys travelling, entertaining and generally making mischief!

Carole Knight - Sales

Carole Knight, Sales Executive.

Carole joined the Airquee team in 2008.

With many years in the inflatable and soft play industries, Carole is ready to answer any and all questions that come her way! She really enjoys her job, both for the customer contact and the amazing products.

Originally from Scotland (if the accent didn't give it away), Carole married a Bristolian and moved down here in 1997. In the time since she has learnt to appreciate cider.

Production Admin Team

Adam Smith - Head of Production Admin Team & Uk Logistics

Adam Smith, Head of Production Admin Team & UK Logistics.

Adam started working for Airquee in July 2014.

Adam deals with the administration and scheduling of all deliveries coming in and going out of the UK warehouse.

Tilda Toth - Production Admin

Tilda Toth, Production Admin.

Tilda joined Airquee in 2013.

Tilda deals with the order administration and unit testing. She checks accessories and sends out the certificates and manuals to customers. Tilda is a really social person and enjoys working with all kinds of different people.

Outside of work Tilda spends time with family and friends, roller-skating or cycling when the weather allows it!

Julia Kerekes - Production Admin

Julia Kerekes, Production Admin.

Julia started working at Airquee in September 2014.

Julia Provides support in all areas of the Production Administration and handles our Stock. She also deals with helping out our European Distributors regarding sales, which involves analysing the given information and working closely with our designers.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and most importantly with her dogs! Her loving puppies have taken part on numerous dog shows as well!

Anna Maria Bucsa - Production Admin

Anna Maria Bucsa, Production Admin.

Anna Maria joined Airquee in 2015.

On a day to day basis Anna Maria works on the certificates for new products, manuals, and additional operating instructions. She also helps with the Production admin as well as dealing with European distributors.

Outside of work Anna Maria loves reading, travelling, spending time with her friends.

Tim Smith - Production Admin & UK Logistics

Tim Smith, Production Admin & Uk Logistics.

Tim joined Airquee in June 2015.

Because we're expanding constantly and our business is developing, we found ourselves needing another "Adam' on UK Logistics- so we recruited his brother! Learning and working closely with Adam, we soon realized his skillsets are useful in production as well, due to working closely with the Admin team to schedule transport.

In his spare time, Tim is spending time with his friends and family, and occasionally video gaming.

Adel Pall - Pricing Admin

Adel Pall, Pricing Admin.

Working at Airquee since 2015 December.

Adel deals with all kind of price requests from the sales team and our customers. Working mostly with numbers all day long, she enjoys every minute after work by going walking, reading a book, or just being with her friends. If she has time she also enjoys travel, mostly visiting places in the surrounding country side. The best way she likes to clear her head after a week in work is to go hiking in the nearby mountains, and from time to time she organizes trips for her colleagues in the office.

Sebastian Bryk - Sebastian Bryk - Technical Writer

Sebastian Bryk, Technical Writer.

Working at Airquee since 2016 January

In contrast with his emotional stormy past as a classical musician, he found his intellectual side at Airquee. Beside some regular office duties his main focus is to improve our manuals, risk assessments and any other necessary documentation.

Eve Egeto,Production Admin

Eve Egeto, Production Admin.

Eve joined the team in 2017.

She provides support in Production Administration.

Besides work she spends all of her time with her family and friends and loves walking while listening to music.

Edward Jackson, Pricing Admin

Edward Jackson, Pricing Admin.

Working for Airquee since 2017 September, Edward works closely with Adel to give better prices for both the company and the customers, and does lots of market research, data analysis and data entry.

He likes the team in the company the most, the problem solving and helpfulness is really spot on, and the kindness and happiness makes the whole working environment less stressful and more enjoyable

Most of the time he’s extracting raw data from our servers or the internet and making excel tables which are simple but delivers the necessary information needed for a project.

Peter Jones, Production Admin

Peter Jones, Production Admin.

PJ joined Airquee in 2018.

On a day to day basis PJ works with UK customers under Erika and Adam’s supervision, trying his best to provide top-notch service and support which always hallmarks Airquee’s activity. He also helps the Production Admin Team.

Outside of work PJ loves reading, spending time with his friends and colleagues, and last but not least, listening to music.

Szilard Nagy, Production Admin

Szilard Nagy, Production Admin.

New to the office he started to work for Airquee in June 2018. He is usually trying to catch up with all the necessary knowledge possible. Outside of the office he spends lots of time with his girlfriend playing board games or watching box sets.

Roland Kadar, Production Admin

Roland Kadar, Production Admin.

Roland joined Airquee in 2018.

He is getting used to the new environment and he develops constantly.His task consists mainly of managing unit sales and providing help to customers.

Design Team

Ryan Brown, Designer

Ryan Brown, Designer and Inspector.

Ryan has been with Airquee since its creation in 2003.

As well as being one of the designers in the Cwmbran office, Ryan is also one of our two qualified RPII inspectors on site. He enjoys creating unique and varied designs for our customers.

Outside of the office, Ryan spends his time with his family. Sadly he is no longer allowed to play video games.

Rob Roden, Designer

Rob Roden, Designer.

Rob has been with Airquee since it was created in 2003.

One of the two designers at the Cwmbran office, Rob spends his time creating graphics, designing visuals for customers and preparing 3D models of the inflatables for the factory to use to make the final product.

When he is not designing things, Rob consumes copious amounts of tea. He is never seen without his beloved hat unless arranged by appointment.

Laci Vinczefi, Designer

Laci Vinczefi, Designer.

Laci became part of Airquee in 2008.

He spends his days designing units.

When he’s not at Airquee he’s probably taking pictures somewhere and spending time with his dog. In his sportier moods, he can be found on a mountain bike or playing basketball.

Krzysztof Starzynski, Warehouse Operative

Krzysztof Starzynski, Warehouse Operative and Inspector.

Krzysztof joined Airquee in 2006.

Krzysztof, AKA Starsky was previously our repairs and testing expert but now he has moved over onto our design team. This works well for him as he can now split his time between Wales and Poland, and spend more time with his family!

Away from work Krzysztof can be found spending time with his family, playing with his children's toys or playing Call of Duty. Ryan gets jealous.

Production & Quality Control Team

Viorel Constantin, Head of Production Department

Viorel Constantin, Head of Production Department.

Viorel joined Airquee in 2007.

Viorel’s role includes programming, supervision of his well-organised team and quality control – and he is a perfectionist so it’s not easy! Even if sometimes the job can be a bit challenging, Viorel believes that everything can be achieved with dedication and persistence.

When he is not at Airquee Viorel is at home - which is very rare as he is ALWAYS at Airquee! Otherwise he likes to relax by riding his bike and listening to music, especially ‘80s hits (favourite band of all time is Queen. The man has taste). He is also a big supporter of the “best Romanian football team”, Steaua Bucuresti.

Lorand Deak, RPII Inspector

Lorand Deak, RPII Inspector.

Lori started working for Airquee in April 2012.

Ensuring play safety is essential for him. Lori is a fully trained RPII Inspector who is testing our inflatables during and after the manufacturing process. He makes sure our clients are receiving quality goods. Most of the time he is outside measuring inflatables, overlooking details and solving any problems that may arise.

When he is not working at Airquee he can be found playing football, tennis, ping pong, and basketball. Often you can see him riding his bike with his family.

Attila Demeter, RPII Inspector

Attila Demeter, RPII Inspector.

Attila joined Airquee in 2014.

He has worked as a printing machine operator for one year, after that he became an RPII Inspector. Since then he has been testing inflatable units while making them safer and better using his observation skills and overall experience.

His hobbies consist of car repairs and general tuning which explains why he likes customized automobiles so much. Furthermore Attila describes himself as an active person, he likes to play sports, to bike, and going hiking in the mountains.

Etele Olah, Inspector

Etele Olah, Inspector.

Etele joined Airquee in 2015.

Initially he learned to operate the printing machine, tailor and lacquering machine. Nowadays he is studying to become an RPII inspector whilst also helping his co-worker Attila.

In his spare time he practices sports and he wants to travel all over the world.

Logistics Team

Ottilia Bencze, EU Logistic

Ottilia Bencze, EU Logistic.

Ottilia started working for Airquee in 2007.

Ottilia's main duties are managing the logistics and handling all the customs documentation. She ensures that we meet all legal requirements regarding personnel, as well as dealing with various financial and administrative duties.

Edina Loss, Production Admin

Edina Loss, Marketing Coordinator.

Edina started working for Airquee in June 2015.

Edina provides support in various areas as Production Administrator and Marketing Coordinator. Her main duties are supervising and scheduling production, so all of our customers get their inflatable in time, and coordinating our Marketing Department which is growing slowly!

Besides work, she spends her time with family and friends!

Viktor Pustiniuc, Marketing Assistant & Graphic Design

Viktor Pustiniuc, Marketing Assistant & Graphic Design

Viktor joined Airquee in October 2015.

While working on some of our more technical production projects it soon became clear his passion was more in the creative field. As a Marketing Assistant & Graphic Design, he is working on our many websites, creating graphics for social media and mailings, editing videos and many other tasks. Working closely with Boti, and spreading work whenever necessary to assure quality work and a great team work. After work you can find him riding his bike in the local skate park or the near forest. If you weren’t lucky with that, you can find him taking pictures or videos, around the town and countryside.

Botond Codra, Graphic Design

Botond Codra, Graphic Design.

Boti joined Airquee in February 2016.

Working as a Graphic Designer, he prepares our photos and videos for marketing purposes, and not only that, all of our new designs are captured and edited by him. Knowing the ways of design, he creates various promotional materials, such as product leaflets or brochures.

Outside of the office he takes photos as this is his hobby! WOW how surprising!

Repair, Inspector and Warehouse Team

Jade Edwards, Customer  Service Advisor

Jade Edwards, Customer Service Advisor.

Jade has worked for Airquee since August 2017.

Jade and Bonita job share at the reception in the Cwmbran office and can both be contacted to arrange repairs and inspections, to order accessories, and help with other queries following the purchase of your inflatable. In her spare time Jade enjoys spending time with her friends family.

Bonita Bean, Customer  Service Advisor

Bonita Bean – Customer Service Advisor.

Bonita has been with Airquee since January 2018, as well as job sharing with Jade, Bonita has been attending shows and also assists with invoicing. When she isn’t working Bonita can usually be found at the gym or spending quality time with her family.

Jacek Kluba, Warehouse Operative

Jacek Kluba, Warehouse Operative.

Jacek started with Airquee in April 2015.

Jacek is now a fully qualified RPII inspector, if he is not working hard in our warehouse he can be found absolutely anywhere doing mobile repairs, testing and measurements for different sites all over the country (sometimes outside of the country!).

When Jacek does have spare time he loves going to the cinema.

Damian Szpila, Warehouse Operative

Damian Szpila - Warehouse Operative.

Damian has worked for Airquee since March 2016. He is usually found palletizing all of your units ready for dispatch but has recently also started training to help out with repairs and testing. Damian enjoys all sorts of sports and also has a keen interest in car mechanics.

Adam Bachora, Warehouse Operative

Adam Bachora, Warehouse Operative.

Adam is our newest addition to the warehouse team, he has been with us since September 2018, he is going to be soon taking over palletizing when Damian is fully trained for repairs.
