Mid August, in the middle of our summer pool programme, we found ourselves with a damaged pool inflatable that was beyond economic repair. At very short notice, we contacted Kerry McIvor at Airquee Ltd, to see if there might be any possibility that she may be able to help us with a replacement. As time was of the essence, a range of options were discussed, a decision made and delivery received within 24hrs of the initial enquiry. The need for urgency was well understood – Airquee’s customer service was excellent and ensured that there was no disruption to the existing planned programme. The Combat Run has re-invigorated customer interest in the Centre inflatable sessions, and brought a new product to our junior party range.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

It\u2019s now been a year since we started buying from Airquee, and I must say what great decision that was. Was very appreciative that Airquee were happy to accommodate my request to come and roll up quite a few different types of units myself before buying. As a small business, buying right and getting value for money is vital. As you have discovered I am very particular and fussy, although I have staff to put the units out, I am a great believer in seeing things for myself. I was delighted to find that Airquee units are so much easier to roll, and as this year\u2019s season has proved to me, the build quality is fantastic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The units we have purchased have all been put through their paces by our customers and the weather this season, our assault course in particular has been absolutely battered by adult users at universities etc\u2026 As well as kids, it\u2019s been a busy unit and it has stood up to the test, it is still like brand new.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Upon asking my guys for comments, after rolling up the first unit they used from Airquee, their response was \u201cGet some more of this stuff\u201d. This is exactly what we intend to do, be in touch soon.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

I have bought only once from Airquee so far, but have spoken to them numerous times. Now their pricing is more competitive they will be one of only a couple of suppliers I will use to buy castles and equipment from. After the very friendly, experienced and helpful staff welcomed us at their open day we knew we would be buying inflatables from them in the future \u2013 especially after seeing the quality of their products for myself. Throughout the enquiry, ordering, delivery, the service and response from Airquee is quick and they always give all the information you require.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The Disco Dome I bought seems very good quality, the design features and materials make it a very nice inflatable to work with. The inflatable we have is different and everyone comments how great it is – very popular for events and big parties.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

I just wanted to thank the Airquee team for our new range of bouncy castles, we have been really impressed with our experiences at Airquee. It can be daunting for a hirer when you\u2019re looking to buy from a new manufacturer, you really don\u2019t know what to expect and can\u2019t help but wonder in the back of your mind if you\u2019re doing the right thing or if it will end as a decision you might come to regret! Well we really shouldn’t have worried.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

From the first point of contact the Airquee team have been exceptional. The ordering process was simple and stress free. The continued communication as our order progressed made us really feel like part of the process. Upon collection of our first unit we were immediately impressed with the quality of the print work on our castle and the weight – or rather lack of it – left us absolutely dumbfounded! We really didn\u2019t think it was possible to get such quality in such a light and manageable unit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

This was further tested on its first hire. We would normally send out 2 men to collect an adult unit of this kind, as the weight and the awkwardness of the roll have always meant it\u2019s just too much for 1 person to manage on their own. Unbelievably it went out in October for its first hire overnight and Michael was the only person available to collect. I thought I was going to be in the dog house for a month sending him to collect a wet adult castle on his own, but far from it! He came back smiling and raving about how easy the castle was to drop and roll and what a difference it made having such an easy unit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

We have today collected the latest part of our order and are absolutely thrilled with our new castles. More over, upon arrival at Airquee’s warehouse in Bristol, all the paperwork was ready for us and our new castles were loaded and on the van within minutes. It\u2019s been an absolute pleasure to do business with Airquee and we will be looking forward to adding many more Airquee units to our fleet in the future. Knaresborough swimming pool has been using Airquee for a number of years. They are professional at all times, and allow you to alter any inflatable to your own specifications without any hassle. Delivery is always on time, if the inflatable needs repairing you can call them on a weekend and the majority of the time it will be picked up on the Monday and returned on the Friday.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
